Venue Rental (6 total hours)

Venue rental is for 6 hours total
Time Slots are flexible. $50 per extra hour. 
1 hour setup, 4 hour event, 1 hour takedown
Venue seats 60 comfortably leaving room for dancing or activities.
 
1/2 of the given rate must be paid as a non-refundable deposit to book. NO REFUNDS!
+$50 refundable security deposit due with final payment! (Refundable security deposit will be refunded if venue is cleaned, trash is removed, no smoking indoors occurs, no confetti is used, and you are out of venue at contracted time)
